regarding David Vitter
editJust to clarify, I didn't intend to accuse you of pushing your own POV, though I know I probably came off sounding that way. I just thought that change of wording resulted in the section being less neutral than the previous version. --Media anthro 20:30, 12 July 2007 (UTC)
Re: 3rr warning
editApparently you are unfamiliar with the 3RR policy. I direct your attention to the WP:3RR#Exceptions which specifically states:
Reverting the addition of libelous, biased, unsourced, or poorly sourced controversial material which violates the policy on biographies of living persons.
I am reverting biased, poorly sources material from the biography of a living person. I am not in violation of the 3 Revert Rule. Your next revert will result in an official warning; if that warning is not heeded then I will be forced to report you for edit warring. --Amwestover (talk|contrib) 20:46, 28 October 2008 (UTC)
- This is a very cut and dry WP:BLP violation; if nothing else the material is very poorly sourced, but it is also biased. I should also remind you that in BLPs, the burden of proof is on those who wish to retain, restore, or undelete disputed material. --Amwestover (talk|contrib) 20:57, 28 October 2008 (UTC)
mea culpa on Barbara West
editI erred in thinking the change was grester than it was -- sorry. I do know the article had had prior POV problems, and I did not realize the main change was in refs. Thanks! (need new keyboard) Collect (talk) 21:55, 29 October 2008 (UTC)
- Not a problem. Several editors have been working on it to improve the references and to neutralize the language. Thanks for the head up! SmallRepair (talk) 21:57, 29 October 2008 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for June 16
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited List of Alfred Hitchcock Presents episodes, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Lee Phillips (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

NPOV tag
editHi, just curious why you removedan NPOV tag from an article with an ongoing and vigorous discussion on talk a la: Talk:Terry_McAuliffe#This_article_still_reads_like_a_hatchet_job? Restored, no big deal -- but be aware that just because a tag is X months old, the dispute may be alive and well, so always check talk first. cheers --Middle 8 (talk) 05:32, 17 October 2013 (UTC)
Peggy Chantler Dick
editHi, I noticed your above article sitting in your sandbox since 2011 (User:SmallRepair/sandbox/Chantler). Is it ready to go to mainspace? 9 links awaiting it. I am preparing an article on her brother David T. Chantler, also a screen writer. It would be great to get your article out there too. Thanks.(Lobsterthermidor (talk) 23:08, 1 October 2015 (UTC))
