The correct formal name of the committee is "The President's Committee on Fair Employment Practice"; the correct common name is "The Fair Employment Practice Committee". That is, "committee", not "commission", and "practice", not "practices".
This is corroborated by the text of Executive Order 8802 (not 8820) as well as the literature; see for example the title of Merle Reed's book on the FEPC, which is the standard scholarly text on the subject.
The name of the article/page needs to be corrected as well, but I'm not sure how to do this.
