Fair use rationale for Image:Zeesweets.jpg

Speedy deletion of Zee sweets

A tag has been placed on Zee sweets, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Hello, So2006. I note you have recreated this article and tagged it as being "under construction." Even if the article is expanded, there are only 8 Google hits for "Zee sweets." Without any evident reliable sources, it is likely that it would satisfy Wikipedia's verifiablity policy. Even if it could be verified, it does not appear to be sufficiently notable. Why do you feel there should be an article for this? Is this a company that you own or work for? Accurizer (talk) 02:59, 4 April 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for your reply on my talk page. In addition to the problems I noted above, it is generally considered to be a bad idea to write an article about a company you have an interest in. It makes it hard for you to avoid a conflict of interest. Also, see Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not for more information. I hope this clarifies why the article was deleted. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
