Sneaky Vandalism

Probably needs a section on "Sneaky Vandalism" --

Some vandals even follow their vandalism with an edit that states "rv vandalism" in the edit summary in order to give the appearance the vandalism was reverted.

Wouldn't that be an argument against using edit summaries? ;-) Regards SoWhy 11:13, 6 November 2009 (UTC)

What I essentially meant was, experienced editors should review / cross check the edits from anon IPs and newly created accounts despite of what they say in the edit summary... --TheMandarin (talk) 12:14, 6 November 2009 (UTC)

Situational Use

I never use edit summaries on my own userpages, but I try too when ever I am editing else where. Maybe there are times, (like this) were an edit summary is unneccessary. Majestic Pyre^{My Speech Bubble} 21:53, 8 August 2011 (UTC)
