Thank you. I'm not as disappointed as I am frustrated at my own lack of ability on this. But I am a determined old lady. I might not be able to understand the process like I thought I could. But I will keep at it. Everyone has been helpful Soldier Friend (talk) 13:51, 9 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

Do not add hyperlinks. See Help:Referencing for beginners for how to create references. David notMD (talk) 04:25, 9 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

References

edit

Nope. References (not just URLs) are inserted in the body of the draft, following the content being verified. The software assigns a superscripted number and puts the ref into the References section. David notMD (talk) 04:35, 9 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

Images

edit

The photographer holds copyright for the photo. The photographer adds the photo to Commons. The article editor gets the photo from Commons and puts it into the article. And don't bother with images until after an article is accepted. Having images or not has no influence on a draft being accepted. David notMD (talk) 04:38, 9 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
