editWelcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page The Boondocks (TV series) has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. I removed the following link(s): http://boondockstv.wikia.com (matching the regex rule \bwikia\.com\b). If the external link you inserted or changed was to an external Wiki, then please note that these links should generally not be included (see 'links to avoid' #12).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page The Boondocks (TV series) do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used as a platform for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia.

File source and copyright licensing problem with File:File-Hueyblogshotgun.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:File-Hueyblogshotgun.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged files may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the file will be deleted 48 hours after 04:38, 1 April 2010 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ww2censor (talk) 04:38, 1 April 2010 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Hip-Hop Docktrine 3(The Final Chapter)
editA tag has been placed on Hip-Hop Docktrine 3(The Final Chapter) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. andy (talk) 22:36, 8 April 2010 (UTC)

- No, you don't own the image, unless you're the company who produced the cartoon. Taking a picture of a copyrighted work doesn't make it yours. (ESkog)(Talk) 17:48, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
- Did you create the cartoon? If not, then as I said, you don't own the rights to this photograph, because it's a picture of a copyrighted work. It doesn't matter who actually took the photo. (ESkog)(Talk) 20:29, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
- If you have permission from the copyright holders, you need to have them send that release to our permissions volunteers. The directions on how to do that, along with some form letters to help you get started, can be found at Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. (ESkog)(Talk) 20:26, 27 April 2010 (UTC)

Proof of Notability is required for stand alone articles
editPlease do not continue to recreate Fried Chicken Flu without providing significant coverage from thrid party sources that is needed to indicate that the article topic actually meets Wikipedias requirement for stand alone articles. See WP:N. Until such time as that requirement is met, the "article" can only exist as a redirect. Active Banana (talk) 16:42, 2 August 2010 (UTC)
- Continued recreation without discussion or providing third party sources is disruptive and will lead to your account being blocked. Please revert yourself. Active Banana (talk) 16:50, 2 August 2010 (UTC)

editYou currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Fried Chicken Flu. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. If the edit warring continues, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. As per WP:EPISODE and WP:GNG this article provided no evidence of notability so was correctly turned into a redirect. Further reversions on your part will lead to a block. The article Hip-Hop Docktrine 3 (The Final Chapter) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Coverage appears to be limited to blogs and user-generated sources and sales sites. Has been in CAT:NN since 2010. It fails WP:NALBUM and WP:GNG, and since there's no one good redirect target as its a mixtape, this should probably just be deleted.

Orphaned non-free image File:Hiphopdoctrine3.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:Hiphopdoctrine3.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 03:31, 10 November 2020 (UTC)
