This welcome is about two years late, but although you're a long-time editor, some of these Wikipedia policies may either be new, or be taken much more seriously than the last time you were active. -- Radagast3 (talk) 13:26, 27 June 2010 (UTC)
File copyright problem with File:Rbshockey.JPG
editThank you for uploading File:Rbshockey.JPG. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Polly (Parrot) 17:49, 11 July 2009 (UTC)
File source problem with File:RBADGEdark.JPG
editThanks for uploading File:RBADGEdark.JPG. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 17:51, 11 July 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Polly (Parrot) 17:51, 11 July 2009 (UTC)
Parable of the Ten Virgins
editWelcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to Parable of the Ten Virgins, but we cannot accept original research. Original research also encompasses novel, unpublished syntheses of previously published material. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your information. In particular, please do not add interpretation to the narrative section of this article; and please do not add unsourced interpretation anywhere. -- Radagast3 (talk) 12:39, 27 June 2010 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Parable of the Ten Virgins, you may be blocked from editing. You are adding unsourced interpretation to the article. What is worse, you are altering sourced statements so that they no longer reflect the book from which they were taken. This is vandalism, because it makes the article untruthful about the cited books. If you wish to add an interpretation, you should (1) find a book describing the interpretation (written by John Smith, say), (2) start a new paragraph with words like "John Smith interprets the parable as....", and (3) add a reference to John Smith's book. -- Radagast3 (talk) 12:49, 27 June 2010 (UTC)
October 2011
editPlease stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by adding commentary and your personal analysis into articles, as you did at Haran, you may be blocked from editing. Please stop referring to biblical writers as 'inspired'. You are welcome to believe that but Wikipedia articles should not state it as fact. Dougweller (talk) 17:10, 21 October 2011 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for December 13
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Norwood Park (London), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page South East London (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
