Even though you are a sock and a troll, I'd like to take this opportunity to educate you. Two basic facts are what you need:
- Gender is your own personal feeling of identification, this may be man, woman or a wide range of IDs that lie between the binary spectrum
- Sex is based on your chromosomes and can be male, female or one of three types of intersex
Chaz Bono IDs as male and is therefore referred to with masculine pronouns. If transmen (female-to-male transsexuals) take testosterone to emasculate their bodies, the clitoris does grow into what looks like a small penis. They can choose to have surgery on this enlarged clitoris so that they can receive an erection (known as clitoral release) and further surgery so that they can urinate out of it (meta/metoidioplasty). Without surgery this enlarged clitoris can still get hard, but it won't be so obvious as with a post-op clitoris.
There is also another surgery that can be done which produces a penis the size of an above average male penis. This is fully functional, with the help of erectile-implants. This surgery was developed during WW2, so that military personal who had been injured in the genital region could go on to lead normal lives.
The one thing that cannot be man made is sperm. Therefore transmen or bio-men who have had genital surgery cannot get a woman pregnant.
If you still do not beleive that Chaz Bona is a man, I put this to you: Would you say that a soldier who had his penis shot off or a man made sterile through handling lead is not a man because of these things?
