Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Lottery. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Sorry, but Wikipedia is not a place for you to "bring attention" to a case so that you can attract claimants. If there is information about the case that can be cited to reliable sources and is relevant to an encyclopedic summary of some notable topic, then the information can be added in the article for that topic.
