SL93 (talk) 03:16, 15 December 2020 (UTC)The article Sail Sport Talk has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Does not meet notability criteria for WP:GNG or WP:NTV. Google search for the show comes up with fewer than 50 results, none discussing the subject significantly.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. ... discospinster talk 16:36, 25 December 2020 (UTC)

- User:discospinster I have improved the article and added references. Is there anything else you recommend so that this proposed delition notice can be removed?
Research
editI see from your user page that you are not new to research. In that case you should understand that the order in which things should be done is to first perform the necessary research, and only then to write about it. You seem to be reversing this order. Phil Bridger (talk) 18:45, 25 December 2020 (UTC)
- Phil Bridger (talk) Your point is well taken. I added the research and references and combined the Sail Sport Talk article into Karen Earle Lile. SoundNotater (talk) 09:58, 26 December 2020 (UTC)
Sail Sport Talk moved to draftspace
editAn article you recently created, Sail Sport Talk, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ... discospinster talk 19:15, 25 December 2020 (UTC)
- It really should be expanded from Sports Byline USA first as it's a major program on that brand. AngusW🐶🐶F (bark • sniff) 05:47, 29 December 2020 (UTC)

Discospinster Thank you for moving the Sail Sport Talk article to draft space. I would welcome opinions on the following:
- I am considering that it might be best to not do a separate article for Sail Sport Talk right now, but to instead include Sail Sport Talk in the portions of significance in this article Karen Earle Lile. Then at a future time, when Sail Sport Talk has grown larger and to involve more hosts, it might be time to make a separate article for it. For now, I have added some of the highlights to Karen Earle Lile and am not developing the Draft:Sail Sport Talk for review quite yet. What do you think?
- Although I am not new to research, I am new to Wikipedia, so yet have much to learn on the ways of doing things. I always welcome insights. Signed User:SoundNotater Dec 25, 2020 10:00 PM EST
- SoundNotater, you may want to go to the AFD for Lile's article and cite sources that show significant coverage of Lile's career. AngusW🐶🐶F (bark • sniff) 05:46, 29 December 2020 (UTC)

editHello, I'm GA-RT-22. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Tony Terran, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. GA-RT-22 (talk) 17:24, 24 November 2022 (UTC)
- Thank you. It was quite a bit of work to compile the list. I did use Imbd as a reference, but individual citations from other sources can be added for each individual film. It will take some time, however to add these. I assume that the history will stay up there so that I can reference it, even if it takes months to add the citations?
