editI made some extreme changes to your article prior to accepting it and I have some notes:
The first is that the article was unintentionally promotional in tone. I say "unintentional" since I get the impression that you're a fan of Bond's that wanted to write a page for her. You've got to be very careful of tone since writing with a fan's tone can come across as promotional. The section entitled "Independent Publishing Success" was a good example of this. You've got to be exceedingly careful of WP:PEACOCK phrases since being promotional can cause an article to get speedy deleted.
Secondly, the article had a lot of original research in it (WP:OR). I'm familiar with Bond so while the information looked to be correct, the issue was that this was largely not backed up with reliable sources (WP:RS). If something is not backed up then it can be challenged or removed from the article. Since the article had issues with tone I decided to just remove the content and re-write this with what I could find. This leads me into reliable sources- there were some that could be used, but by large the ones in the article weren't really enough to assert notability or couldn't be used for various reasons. For example, merchant sources like Barnes & Noble should not be used since they have an obvious conflict of interest- they want you to buy things from them. Using these sources can be seen as an indirect endorsement of Bond's work and/or the merchant themselves, which would make people concerned about the neutrality of the page as a whole.
Finally, I edited the bibliography section to read a little clearer since it was a little confusing. You did list them by year, but you repeatedly re-listed things as they were re-published and in the case of some of the novellas or short stories, you listed the name of the collection instead of the name of the story. By large we typically only list the books once, with the initial year of release. Occasionally there will be a mention of a re-release if it was a notable re-release, but by large that's not included. I also separated the series from the other books since the style on Wikipedia is to list the books by series (alphabetically by series name), then generally by year of release.
Now all that aside, I do want to congratulate you on noticing that she didn't have an article! I'm actually pretty surprised by this since Bond is a pretty well established author in her field, so it's a little strange that nobody added her before. I hope that you don't get discouraged by what I wrote above- mostly I wanted you to know this because I did make a lot of changes and because I'm also hoping that you'll continue to edit on Wikipedia.
