List of battles in the Indian subcontinent

Hi. Please keep an eye on List of battles in the Indian subcontinent (moved from List of Indian battles) which is steadily being spammed everywhere. I'm not entirely sure how to handle this. I see that it's a mix of history and mythology, but eitherways, I'd suggest asking someone like Fowler&fowler or Kautilya3 to take a look as they also edit in the space. I didn't see the article talk page, however, editors have to be alerted to sanctions on their talk page for any sanctions to be imposed later on, see WP:ACDS for the notifications required, an article talk page notification is only informational. Hi" @SpacemanSpiff, thanks for patroling wikipedia pages and article along with the fellow admins but i have some issue to talk with you lately User:Lyndonbaines had been blocked for trolling and abusive use of the account , but this user from Indonesia is using IP Address again just to troll and delete sourced statements on the articles specially in Philippine area he had different IP i had identified his minions,(identified because of the same manners of trolling) some users had warned those IP's i hope their was a solution for this IP Guerilla the IP trolls must be banned out of wikipedia, once again Regards thankyou! • I didn't block the account for trolling, I blocked it for doing the same thing logged out after being warned about it on the account. I have no idea about the content but I do notice that in some of the later IP changes there have been edit summaries, unlike earlier on, before the block. Please discuss it at the talk page(s) or check with editors like Doug Weller or Kansas Bear etc who can evaluate the content. If consensus is that the edits are disruptive then I (or someone else) can protect the pages as I don't think a rangeblock will be optimal over here. cheers. —SpacemanSpiff 04:57, 16 July 2017 (UTC)

Hello SpacemanSpiff, I just notice that after the expiry of Sandhya2012’s block s/he started recreating deleted article under different titles e.g. Sachin - The Ultimate Winner as Sachin The Ultimate Winner and more, I also doubt they are using a sock as well. User Rishishukla1 was registered couple of days back and made his first edit today. RS1 created Sandhya2012’s article Redrum - A tale of Murder using different title as RedruM - A tale of Murder same as Sandhya earlier tried Redrum (Movie) and it also looks like a exact copy of deleted article. Sir I have noticed a person known as Shady59 giving inflated figures

I have noticed that a person known as Shady59 trying to give inflated figures for https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kochi. This user constantly changes the area of the metro to 732 sq km. The real area of kochi is 440 sq km and is taken from a very credible source known as demographia, http://www.demographia.com/db-worldua.pdf. The user however gives another reference from GCDF which mentions the area as 732 sq km. But that area is not for the metro but a total area of 5 municipalities and 1 corporation and 33 other village panchayaths. 33 village panchayaths will never comes under an urban area and the only thing is that this GCDF is an agency which looks after the 732 sq km area. The report never mentions that the kochi urban area is 732 sq km. The demographia report clearly mentions it as 440 sq km. This user is trying to put inflated and wrong figures without any reference to the urban area.

Remove derogatory lines from Nair page

As per Wikipedia editors, they never consider the details of Raj era. Then may I know why derogatory information such as Polygamy, Hypergamy, Thallikettu kalyanam, sambandham etc are included in the page. Those were practices of Raj era. Take Wikipedia serious. Its not a place to put your views and suggestions. Either go with the rule that no old Raj era customs will be included or take consensus from other editors and add non derogatory customs and prides of these caste and elaborate the page. Apparently it look like few has taken the control of few pages like Nair, Ezhava etc and I have seen you using derogatory statements in Ezhava as well.

Remove the derogatory line in Nair article. ""These people were then distinguished from others in the local population by their occupation as protectors, with the others all being classed as out-caste. Pullapilly describes that this meant they "... were given kshatriya functions, but only shudra status. Johnuniq, I would have if I'd seen it on time but luckily Ponyo got to it, it's a reincarnation of the farm around Nair Community which was softblocked, but mostly a resurrection of the disruptive group from 2011/12.
