I cleaned up the user page vandalism for you. As far as the talk page since they admit its vandalism I would go ahead and delete it, if you want to. Normally you leave the conversations and discussions on the talk pages. But admitted vandalism No One is going to say a thing about deleting vandalism. Heck its what your supposed to do with it.
