RFC on IIPM
editI've added an RFC on IIPM here. Please stop by and give your comments --Ravikiran 14:05, 14 November 2005 (UTC)
Thank you!
editHi Spartiate,
Thank you very much for your support on my RfA. I was both surprised and delighted about the amount of support votes and all the kind words! If I can ever help with anything or if you have any comments about my actions as an admin, please let me know! Regards, JoanneB 15:44, 21 November 2005 (UTC)Thanks for your words
editHi Kunal, Thanks for your comments about Drnoamchomsky. I am not much of a contributor to wikipedia, but I hate people vandalizing it. His pungent comments have made me keep a constant watch on IIPM edits. Peasea 02:20, 25 November 2005 (UTC)
Re:Indian military ranks
editHey, I am fine with them. Thanks for the words, and besides I don't own the article! Happy holidays : )

Eeshan's friend has apparently created a fake page on wikipedia. It seems real but I am pretty sure its not. What is the procedure for VfD ?

Congratulations !
editThere are a few landmarks that you pass on becoming a real Wikipedian - having User:Willy_On_Wheels create a user name like User:Spartiate On Wheels, Boothy (who sadly no longer votes) vote against you in WP:RfA, have your user page vandalised etc. It is good to see that you are getting there ! Tintin 12:03, 14 December 2005 (UTC)
Hello
editI just saw your name on Nichalp's talk page, and came here after seeing some of your edits. And, surely, your edits are fine. Please continue the collaborative effort to build the best encyclopedia in the world. And, happy New Year. --Bhadani 14:18, 14 December 2005 (UTC)

Are you all done with this test template? If so, please mark it {{db-author}} for speedy deletion. -- Netoholic @ 07:14, 25 December 2005 (UTC)
- Hi, that one's not a test template, I was actually trying to get it to work, but couldn't because of my technical ignorance and lack of time. I will try and get it to work properly soon, failing which I will mark it for deletion like you asked.--Kunal (Talk) 17:44, 30 December 2005 (UTC)
- I made some changes that should help you, especially in getting the optional fields working. -- Netoholic @ 02:19, 14 January 2006 (UTC)

RfA thanks from Deathphoenix
editHi Kunal,
I just wanted to thank you for supporting me in my RfA. To tell you the truth, I was surprised by all the support I've gotten. I never saw myself as more than an occasional Wiki-hobbyist.
My wife sends her curses, as Wikipedia will likely suck up more of my time. She jokingly (I think) said she was tempted to log on to Wikipedia just to vote Oppose and let everyone know that she didn't want her husband to be an admin.
I'll make sure your trust in me is founded. Maybe I'll see you at Talk:Umrao Singh, or any of the rank insignia pages. :-) --Deathphoenix 14:22, 28 December 2005 (UTC)

Pages up for deletion
editI am a Doric Kretan a progeny of the Spartans, If I gather correctly from your user name. Fascinating. Anyway, there are two pages up for deletion, Revolution within the form which is a principle of the John Birch Society and Cretan/Spartan connection that you will find interesting. editHello Kunal, I know you from a few quizzes I'd attended in Pune. You seem like the blog reading type, so in case you follow Greatbong, could you add some details to the Arnab Ray article I started? I was thinking of a writings section for example. The article Quizzing in India has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Not a notable topic, and the sources don't prove that it is--unwarranted generalizations are drawn from incidental coverage.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Drmies (talk) 20:07, 25 April 2022 (UTC)
