First and foremost,please do completely understand the Wikipedia guidelines and required knowledge to create a article or contributing in other ways.Then for legal articles, you should fulfill the Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Legal (Conditions or terms) and you have to provide reliable source for the article.
Ps:Don't do vandalism for get blocked to another username -if you are creating in future (Sorry to hear this username is blocked indefinitely due to your activities on Wikipedia).
Finally,Wikipedia or other wikis are not for Unreliable and Vandalism.

You can't publish your own biography as an article in Wikipedia.(Unless you have significant reliable sources or editorials across web about you.[{I hope you are not public figure or infamous,if so there would been a existing article of you}]...But you can create or write your biography on your user page by clicking your user tab.,
