Re: Salt bridge

The intention of a salt bridge is actually to let things mix together. They're said to be "separate" because the contents mix and react on the way of travel, and no reactant of either type can actually reach the opposite side.

The tinyurl led me to a tinyurl.com error notice, it seems to work now -- must have been a temporary glitch. However there is never any need for tinyurl, given that the raw url isnt displayed with a properly formatted external link.

As for the link, I'm afraid it doesnt fall under the criteria specified by Wikipedia:External links#Links to be used occasionally, which states "1) For albums, movies, books, and other creative works, one or two links to professional reviews." An amazon reader-review is counted as personal opinion, and hence is not suitable material for Wikipedia. You can imagine how many links there would be if everyone linked all the personal Amazon reviews of every book!
