Using same image across multiple wikipedias

I am trying to use the same image for R K Shekhar's Tamil wikipedia page. But the file does not come in the infobox dropdown or if go to the file's page. https://ta.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E0%AE%9A%E0%AE%BF%E0%AE%B1%E0%AE%AA%E0%AF%8D%E0%AE%AA%E0%AF%81:Redirect/file/R._K._Shekhar.jpg

Hello, I'm Venkat TL. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Kothamangalam, Tamil Nadu, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Only major temples that are popular statewide or nationwide are added along with reference.
