Hi Sphilbrick

Appreciate if you can update Sipadan with the latest information. There are new rules by Sabah Park effective October 2022 as I have suggested to edit. I know because I live here, you may research it yourself. I am maybe new here, not the best at following wiki citation rules etc. I don't mind criticism and appreciate guidance.

Nevertheless, most importantly - updating the page information will benefit divers and Sipadan stakeholders worldwide. Starting a new Sipadan page is counter productive.
