MfD nomination of Wikipedia:Notability

  A warning sign for you!
Anon126 has given you a humor warning sign! Humor warning signs promote Wikipedia humor and Aprilfoolery, and hopefully this has made your day a bit sillier! For MfD nominations other than the first, {{mfdx}} is required because, as you might have seen, {{mfd}} gives the wrong nomination page. I've fixed the template and moved the page. I am also including an Oncorhynchus sp. with this message. Anon126 (talk - contribs) 01:54, 1 April 2014 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Barack Obama on mass surveillance, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Washington (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Rogue filmmaker

I wanted to give you a heads up that I have edited an AfD discussion in which you participated. Another user accidentally (I assume) wrecked both of our comments, so I restored them. Specifically, I re-added your sig to your comment after it was removed. I did not edit the comment itself. You may wish to review the article history. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 05:24, 4 May 2014 (UTC)

Ok, thanks a lot. It looks normal again. Spirit of Eagle (talk) 05:35, 4 May 2014 (UTC)

You are a member of WikiProject Mass surveillance, and your initials are SOE? Accident or not, I like it! Best, Matty.007 17:21, 25 May 2014 (UTC)
Thanks a lot. I chose my username solely because I thought it sounded cool during the 90 second period in 2012 when I created my account. Still, the fact that Special Operations Executive (which is strongly related to military history and mass surveillance, my two primary focuses on Wikipedia) and my username form the same acronym is quite amazing. Medal of Honor

I've recently been creating articles on Medal of Honor recipients, any help would be much welcomed. Which list are you working from? There are so many! Gareth E Kegg (talk) 17:28, 3 June 2014 (UTC)

I've been using the list from Wikiproject United States, which has a long list of needed articles about Medal of Honor recipients from the Civil War and the Indian Wars. Here's the article link: Wikipedia:WikiProject United States/Requested Articles#people (scroll down a tad and you'll see it). Spirit of Eagle (talk) 02:20, 4 June 2014 (UTC)

Reviewing mistake on Attack on Titan?

I believe that you made a mistake accepting this change https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Attack_on_Titan&diff=611768085&oldid=611637944 on Attack on Titan. The change makes the sentence unclear and grammatically incorrect. The error has since been fixed by an IP, but needs acceptance. Do you think that you could accept it? Thanks Piguy101 (talk) 20:02, 6 June 2014 (UTC)

I think you may have the wrong reviewer. The edit I accepted only took out the grammatically incorrect underlined comma in the sentence "Though he is seen as a threat to mankind by many, others, including those within the Survey Corps...". Regardless, the edit was already accepted by the time I got to the pending changes page. Spirit of Eagle (talk) 20:28, 6 June 2014 (UTC)

Wow! Sterling work (I don't get to use that word often enough) on Milan C. Miskovsky! I don't know if you used this list of redlinks, but it has some more sources if you wanted. I take it you have DYK nommed? Keep creating such good articles! All the best, Matty.007 11:07, 8 June 2014 (UTC)

Thanks a lot. I did in fact use your red-link page (which contains many good article subjects) and the article has been nominated at DYK. Spirit of Eagle (talk) 19:44, 8 June 2014 (UTC)

Your rollback request

Hi Spirit of Eagle, I have granted rollback rights to your account in accordance with your request. Please be aware that rollback should be used to revert vandalism, spam and blatantly unconstructive edits; using it to revert any other type of edit - such as by revert-warring or reverting edits you disagree with - can lead to it being removed from your account...sometimes without any warning, as some admins do not give a warning if they become aware of any misuse. If you think an edit should require a reason for reverting, use a manual edit summary instead of using the rollback tool. For practice, you may wish to review Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback. Good luck. Acalamari 07:30, 9 June 2014 (UTC)

Don't be embarrassed; none of us can catch everything all the time (not even me and I'm practically perfect). This is why I think DYK nominations would work better with multiple reviews as standard. Belle (talk) 08:10, 25 June 2014 (UTC)

Your Feedback

Could you please take a look at the article and this page, because I've improved most of errors? Thanks in advance. Alex discussion 13:22, 26 June 2014 (UTC)

Belle seems to have already checked over the update, and I agree with what she has stated. There are still quite a few copy vios in the article. Spirit of Eagle (talk) 23:51, 26 June 2014 (UTC)

There is no copyivio whatsoever as I have fist consulted the source, then rephrased the content and then that content I've translated into English. The only place where I translated directly was that excretion from the book which I'm giving OK to be removed, but if you agree it could stay. Note also that that content I used as a source was copied from the Serbian Wikipedia violating the CC BY-SA 3.0 License. I now I advise you to revise your decision. Cheers, Alex

PS Please use the {{u}} template and my username so I can get a note when you reply. Thanks, Alex discussion 19:36, 30 June 2014 (UTC)

{{u}} Quoting heavily from sources under the creative commons is fine, just remember to add an attribution tag. Also, I'm going to let Belle give the final approval on this. Spirit of Eagle (talk) 03:29, 1 July 2014 (UTC)
