Sentence 2: “He co-founded a law firm”

(S.F. Exam., 8 Sept 1974. ): Doug Wolf, a twenty-nine year old partner in Breen, Kantor, and Wolf and a graduate at UC Berkeley’s Boalt Hall, has been doing offshore tax planning for Bay Area residents for the last four years.

Sentence 2: “and several real estate ventures”

(The News Tribune, 9 Jan 1988): Most of the credit goes to the building’s owner, a partnership held principally by four Bay Area investors: Robert Kantor, Jesse Pittore, Richard Westin, and David Kornblum. The Smith Tower Limited Partnership has spent more than 9 million in its three-year effort to rejuvenate the building according to Kantor.

(The News Tribune, 18 Jan 1985): A group of San Francisco investors have purchased Seattle’s historic Smith Tower for $554 million from Ivar Haglund Seattle seafood restaurant magnate… The partners are currently renovating the YMCA building in Tacoma. 

(The News Tribune, 9 Jan 1988): Area investors Robert Kantor Jesse Pittore Richard Westin and David Korn-blum, the Smith Tower Limited Partnership has spent more than 9 million in its three-year effort to rejuvenate the building according to Kantor. That amount is close to twice the price the four investors paid for the property when they bought it from Seattle restaurateur Ivar Haglund three years ago.

Sentence 3: “Kantor, developed two properties in Honolulu…”

(The Honolulu Advertiser, 24 June 1989): Rokan Partners of California has added to its Honolulu real estate portfolio by purchasing-two large warehouse complexes. Rokan, a firm with corporate offices in the San Francisco Bay area, is headed by principals John Robinson and Robert Kantor.

Philanthropy section, paragraph 1, sentence 1

Sentence 1: “Kantor co-founded National Philanthropic Trust…”

(The Times-News, 12 March 1997): A new national public charity conceived by Sun Valley residents was launched Tuesday. The National Philanthropic Trust already is managing more than $4 million in assets and has an office in Sun Valley.
