Alice Kimball Smith moved to draftspace
editAn article you recently created, Alice Kimball Smith, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Apology
editHey Srbtx, I apologize for draftifying your article on Alice Kimball Smith 3 minutes after you created it. I knew she was notable after doing a quick search and I didn't want someone to CSD your article since i was worried you wouldn't come back. I guess my move was worse. I've expanded it since then and I want to say good job for picking a notable subject to an article on. You are free to expand the Alice Kimball Smith article. I'll leave you some links after this message to help you further. Please create more articles. If you are working on a new article and it's not done, put a underconstruction template (with 2 brackets on each side of underconstruction) on the top of the article, that way it won't be deleted. If you need any help, feel free to ask me. good luck. JC7V (talk) 05:40, 22 November 2018 (UTC)

A page you started (Oregon Hops and Brewing Archives) has been reviewed!
editThanks for creating Oregon Hops and Brewing Archives.
User:Rosguill while reveiwing this page as a part of our page curation process had the following comments:
The article should not cite other Wikipedia articles, as Wikipedia is not a reliable source for Wikipedia (see WP:CIRC). Additionally, the article should not contain a full list of the various items in the collection: instead, summarize these lists into prose descriptions, and only mention the top few most notable examples for any category. Finally, the article could use more citations to independent sources for content about the Archive's history.

- I addressed much of that. It's very much shorter now, sorry - but we do try to avoid both duplication of content, and extensive replication of material that is easily available elsewhere. --Elmidae (talk · contribs) 22:53, 1 July 2019 (UTC)
Ways to improve Teri Fahrendorf
editHello, Srbtx,
Thank you for creating Teri Fahrendorf.
I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:
The article's sources are by and large not independent of the subject, drawing its notability into question. The only source with significant, independent and reliable coverage is The Columbian, which is a local source (and an interview, drawing its independence into question). I was able to find some additional coverage online, so there may be enough out there to establish notability more solidly. If notability cannot be established, consider merging the article with Pink Boots Society.
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Rosguill}}
. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~

Wang Doodle Orchestra
editI came across this page while patrolling Washington-related content. I suggest that you find the book "Before Seattle Rocked" by Kurt Armbruster (a renowned local historian), which seems to mention this group according to this Times profile. Your article has been marked as needing additional justification for notability, however don't take this as it being destined for deletion. SounderBruce 05:41, 20 February 2020 (UTC)
