MasangSoft is not the current IP owners of GunZ

edit

MasangSoft does not own the rights to RaiderZ or any of the GunZ games development by MAIET. There is no official document supporting the acquisition of the titles or game company of MAIET. Please conduct research before editing back to MasangSoft:

Thank you.

Hello,
The link you've provided is just some old business listing for MAIET. It is meaningless.
Masangsoft is clearly shown as the current owner of the GunZ IP from multiple sources:
https://trademarks.justia.com/787/57/gunz-the-78757200.html
https://trademarks.justia.com/770/13/gunz-the-77013203.html

https://tsdr.uspto.gov/#caseNumber=77013203&caseType=SERIAL_NO&searchType=statusSearch
As you can see, the above listings have been active since way back in 2005.
The following are fake filings from 2023 which hold no merit and will eventually be abandoned.

Clearly this "Gosu Games" fraud is just trying to stir up trouble.
Please conduct research before spamming my talk page with useless accounts. =) Stache Potassium (talk) 23:19, 4 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
I personally don't trust "gosu games" and don't care what they say. I did extensive research and will built out a timeline on what has happened with maiet and venister; the creator and ceo of maiet. MasangSoft lied about RaiderZ and lied about Ace Saga/ Ace Online. A trademark does not prove ownership. I looked at MAIET's signatures for the last 15 years and until it reached to masangsoft transferring assignment the signature was completely different.
Trademarks by justia is not a validated trusted source like wikipedia isn't. I suggest you do your homework and instead of promoting fraudsters and fraudulent fake urls that hold no merit. You sound and look stupid. Sigmatruthseeker (talk) 03:38, 5 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
I am aware that Justia and Trademarkia are simply mirroring the USPTO reports. Thanks for pointing out the obvious. Stache Potassium (talk) 05:45, 5 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
I invite you to look into the brazilian trademark filing. you have a private server literally doing infringement on "gunz" logo and "the duel" logo claiming to be legit. https://theduel.com.br the owner there is "gaspar" and looks like he's filing fraudulent trademark claims for "gunz". does that hold truth, since you know so much? Sigmatruthseeker (talk) 03:40, 5 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
I will be more than happy to share with you the timeline I am conducting. I have even contacted Venister; the creator of GunZ to verify these claims. Let's leave it as that MAIET/ Joongpil(venister) still owns it until he confirms 100% who owns this title. MasangSoft has been caught several times with infringement in their home country. Sigmatruthseeker (talk) 03:45, 5 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
Yet again you keep insinuating that Masangsoft is malicious but bring no evidence to back up your claim. I'm ready to see it whenever you are.
While you're at it, make sure this "timeline" of yours isn't built up from contact with anyone through a maiet.net email.
Guntrix already blew the whistle on that domain. The community knows it was hijacked and it will not be trusted. Stache Potassium (talk) 08:30, 5 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
Again you claim that Masangsoft's takeover was somehow malicious but you show up with no evidence what so ever. Really helps your case.
As for this Brazilian trying to screw around with copyright, well sure, that's suspicious and should be treated with skepticism. I would agree they look suspicious, so I'm not sure what your point was. Stache Potassium (talk) 05:40, 5 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
