License tagging for Image:Scoreboardkentst.jpg
editThanks for uploading Image:Scoreboardkentst.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 20:10, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
Thank you for your contributions, however I have moved this page back as "Willagee Central" is not an approved or gazetted name per the guidelines for place names at WikiProject Australia. Discussion of any intended moves should be at the article's talk page. Orderinchaos 17:20, 29 May 2007 (UTC)
The above image has been deleted as it was clearly under copyright. Please do not upload any more images until you have fully acquainted yourself with Wikipedia's copyright policies. See WP:COPY. Thankyou. —Moondyne 15:20, 9 August 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for the support, but i do have permission to use such image from Christian Komnick who is the Grpahic artist at the WACA. This is regarding the image, Trentsteenholdt.jpg
- Firstly, please sign your talk page posts by typing 4 tildes ~~~~ at the end. It is insufficient for you to have permission to use a copyright image. The point is moot in any anyway as the article is now deleted. For future reference, please read the instructions at WP:COPY for the process you need to follow. —Moondyne 15:36, 9 August 2007 (UTC)
Article has been deleted as the individual (which is you I presume) is considered non-notable by Wikipedia's notability standards. As I understand it, you are a junior cricket umpire. Some notability standards for cricket people are at WP:CRIC (bottom of page). WP:COI discusses our policies on conflict of interest which says that it is a really bad idea to write an article about yourself.. Please do not recreate the article again, but rather discuss first. —Moondyne 15:31, 9 August 2007 (UTC)
Warning
editA first warning: recreation of deleted material is a bad idea. Keep doing this and you will find your editing privilege removed. —Moondyne

Unspecified source for Image:Davetomlinkentst.jpg
editThanks for uploading Image:Davetomlinkentst.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 02:53, 6 March 2008 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Nv8200p talk 02:53, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image File:Ketiansoc.png
editThanks for uploading File:Ketiansoc.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 18:39, 19 November 2020 (UTC)
