I am guessing that this person is related to you? If so, please be aware of WP:COI concerns when editing someone you are connected to. A few things you could do to make his article better:

• I have access to Newspapers.com. I was able to find the wedding announcement you referenced and have added some text and that source to the page.
• Do you have access to the draft card? If so, can you provide a screenshot to confirm his birthplace? Otherwise, we have to rely on the only other source that provides it.
• Do you have a picture of him? If so, you can upload to Wikipedia for use in his article.
