Megan's feedback to Emily

Good job on making sure the article is balanced and non biased. All information is relevant to the topic as well, which is great. Double check one of the sentences in the background section because it starts with the year and nothing before hand ( If I remember correctly it begins with 1994?) just be sure to add a word like "in". Just be sure to add citation for all of your facts. Also, if you wanted you could discuss the difference between a company, brigade, etc. Not all non-military personnel know the difference between them or what it means to be a leader of one of those. It may be beneficial to add a wikilink to them instead, that way you don't get off of your topic. For better organization, you can add subtitles such as for the background section. This will keep the format consistent with the rest of Wikipedia. Finally, make sure you add some sort of lead paragraph as this is important; this paragraph should directly state who she is and what she did. If you don't have enough information to make a full paragraph, at least put a statement with her name and the major things she accomplished in which you later elaborate on in the article. Try to find a picture on wikicommons that fits your topic, if you can't find one make sure to add a random picture to your sandbox at some point to show Dr. Andersen you can do it. Your sources look good and reliable, again just make sure to add in text citations using the citation button.
