editHey Shannon, good work so far. The Geography section seems a bit short and fragmented to me at the moment - you might think about merging some of the subsections and expanding as appropriate. Make sure your footnotes are after punctuation, not before. Also, be careful of tone - remain neutral at all times, and avoid value statements like "beautiful site" unless you're quoting from a source. Try to make the article seem as credible as possible, even to people who don't know about the topic. For example, take "With all of the problems occurring around Cahawba, even though some of it was exaggerated, Tuscaloosa won by popular vote as the new state capital for Alabama in 1825" - I'm not sure what you mean by "problems" here, and can't judge with what you give me whether they were exaggerated. Finally, if you're citing books, be sure to include page numbers. Nikkimaria (talk) 02:22, 21 October 2012 (UTC)
