A review of your sandbox

I have checked your references. They all seem reliable and up to date. Your text is missing titles and therefor it is a bit confusing where it will be later located in the article. The first paragraph seems very similar to the existing lead paragraph. Your second paragraph seems like it might fit under the "Aerobic" topic of the original article. In general the wording is pretty clear and easy to read.

To improve, you could expand much more on your topic and next time add the titles so it seems more organized.

In the future you could also add some links into your words that other could use to jump into other articles.

Overall it is hard to spot if the content added much new to the article.
