Hello, I'm Hammersoft. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Chris Cox (magician), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. --Hammersoft (talk) 16:31, 21 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

Stormbrewing, a review posted on a website like this is not a reliable source. In fact, this sort of a source is directly called out and not permitted by Wikipedia:BLPSPS. If you were to find an article on the New York Times or Chicago Tribune that asserted this, then you would have something. A review by a person with the pseudonym "Sssssssddwe" is no better than me saying this performer is unethical. It's not verifiable. I strongly, in the most adamant terms, urge you to stop adding this material to this article until you find such a source. I would also encourage you to run the source by me or ask at Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Noticeboard. We have a policy here called Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons. It's critical that it is adhered to. Do not re-add this material without a strong, reliable, secondary source to support it. I understand you're new, and do not understand fully what are and are not acceptable sources. That's ok. Really. We all started somewhere. However, continuing to add this negative material without a proper source is not acceptable in any respect and could lead to you being blocked here. I'm happy to help you, but pushing forward with this without consulting with me or that noticeboard is likely to be problematic. Please. --Hammersoft (talk) 00:39, 22 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
