Renamed J.P. Durack

edit

I have renamed your article and it is now here: J.P. Durack. -Lopifalko (talk) 04:42, 1 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hi! Just to explain the above, your initial article text is now at J. P. Durack which is Wikipedia's standard way of writing initials under the manual of style. I see that you've recreated a second copy of the article at JP durack-my advice would be to copy this article text with its sources and copy it over to the J. P. Durack page, so we have only one article on the topic and it contains the sources you've added. I can help if you don't know how do do that. Blythwood (talk) 04:59, 1 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. DMySon 05:49, 1 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Enough is enough; you've had the concept of self-promotion explained to you on- and off-wiki. I've blocked your other account, Anonymous9386, for the same reasons. Graham87 10:18, 17 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
Graham, it's worth keeping an eye on User:Nospater; there's no edits from that account, but you know I have a pair of magic glasses, and there is a connection, from a few months ago. Take care, friend. Drmies (talk) 16:01, 17 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
