It doesn't work like that. You must provide independent verifiable sources that LTG meets the notability guidelines. The article also should be encyclopaedic and neutral in tone (non-promotional) and not copied from any website. You are, of course, free to recreate when you are ready. If this is so, simply add the {{hangon}} template to the top of the page, but do not remove the speedy deletion template until the matter is settled by the Wikipedia community. Thanks for the info, I wish you could give me a better Idea of what you are looking for for notability, I beleive that this article meets those guidelines as listed, there is significant coverage by secondary sources that are verifiable, and are independent of the subject.
