I understood what I did, and what is wrong with my article. After first speedy deletion, I had read the guide line of article creation, and I thougth that in my article, there is no reference or something to prove the company's notability. And I created the second article that I added some more information to prove the company's reliable source. But it wasn't the solution. The base of the reason was my article seems like an advertisement of that company. I have checked the article, and I'd like to rewrite it at a neutral position. Could you give me an opportunity to correct the situation? Sincerely Summuer Summuer (talk) 08:59, 8 August 2021 (UTC)

I'm sorry but I was blocked by undisclosed paid editing, and I didn't mention it because the resaon was below. The article that I wrote, Korea Federation of SMEs was seemed unambiguous advertising. I appreciate that I didn't totally understood the guide line that wikipedians follow. I've read the guide line, and I'm going to follow it. So that could I get a chance? I searched the check the list of active blocks, and my account has no expired date. So I read the guide how to appeal the administrators to unblock my account. I was blocked by create the article that looks advertisement, and looked I were undisclosed paid editing. My account is not an advertising-only account, neither am I the paid editing. I just misunderstood about the rules, and the reference that I looked was wrong. If I got unblock from now on, First I'll do my best to editing some documents to understand the system of the Wikipedia. Second, I'd not upload the article that looks like ambiguous advertisement. Could you unblock my page? I really want to use my sandbox.. Sincerely Summuer Summuer (talk)

What is your relationship with the Korea Federation of SMEs? 331dot (talk) 20:26, 8 August 2021 (UTC)
Nothing.. I'm just a student who learned about the Organization under the Korean Government and I'd want to make the article about that. The Kotra was already available, so I choose the Korea Federation of SMEs. Summuer (talk)

Request reason:
I was blocked by undisclosed paid editing. However I was paid editor, because my sibling who asked me to upload the Korea Federation of SMEs is an intern in the agency work by Korea Federation of SMEs. I knew that just before, and I want to unblock my account. How can I unblock it? Is there no way to unblock my account? It is wired to say, I paid the cup of Starbucks coffee from my sibling to upload the article. And she is paid from the workspace which is doing agency work for Korea Federation of SMEs.
