Request to extend permissions

Hi,

Im currently writing a thesis for my master in medical imaging. I would've liked to use your illustration http://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soubor:CTScan.jpg to show what a CT-scan device looks like, but you published it under CC-BY-SA (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/), and my thesis is writen under CC-BY-NC-ND (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/), which prevents me from using your image because of the "Share alike" clause.

However, I believe the intent behind those two licences are essentially the same, and I therefore ask you your permission to use this illustration in my thesis under the CC-BY-NC-ND licence.
