Hello, I'm Sitush. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Y. S. Jaganmohan Reddy seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Sitush (talk) 20:16, 10 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Y. S. Jaganmohan Reddy. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. Sitush (talk) 20:31, 10 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

Jaganmohan Reddy

edit

Your recent editing history at Y. S. Jaganmohan Reddy shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. Mr. U. Kondal Rao started his career at the age of 22 venturing into real estate business in Jaggaiahpet, Vijayawada etc. Jaggiahpet is very close to Guntur also where Cotton Industry is well developed and the basic raw material is available in plenty in Jaggaiahpet and surrounding areas. He entered into Cotton supply to those mills procuring the same from farmers in that area.

He further identified Jaggaiapet as a congenial place for starting industries. Jaggiahpet is identified as a most suitable place by famous Cement Industry Giants like Ramco, Rasi etc.

This paved way for development of Transport business in leaps and bounds. Having very good infrastructure facilities available in Jaggaiapet like water, power, transport etc he seriously thought of establishing suitable industries in that town.

Further Jaggaiapet is very close to Vijawayada one of the important cities of then combined Andhra Pradesh claiming second place after Hyderabad in all aspects.

Jaggiahpet is well connected to Hyderabad, Visakhaptnam by road. Machilipatnam port is the nearest port.

In 2002, he started two ventures simultaneously ie., Amoda Iron and Steel Ltd for manufacturing Sponge Iron business & Amoda Spintex Ltd for manufacturing Cotton yarn. Both these companies have become almost debt free except working capital debt in their books having repaid Term loans to the tune of Rs.12Cr & Rs.27cr respectively and interest thereon.

In 2010-11, having stabilized the business of these two companies, he planned to go for Iron Ore Mining. He started M/s Benita Industries ltd wherein his wife is Director and playing a key role.

This Company is doing well catering to the needs of Group companies ie., Amoda Iron and Steel Ltd and Pioneer Torrsteel Mills Ltd and also able to seel iron ore at competitive rates in Andhra, Telangana and Tamilnadu.

Under the leadership of Mr. Kondalarao, the unit was acquired with a cost of around Rs.50cr in August 2013 and made it viable in just 11 months. The unit is working on profitable lines since July 2014 onwards.

Having passion to Minerals and Metals where he foresees lot of business to be explored, he started eyeing on Granite business since 2014. So far under his leadership, nearly 30 places have been identified for securing mining licences and out of these, nearly 20 locations are almost getting ready with all required approvals to do the Granite Mining in a big way. In 4 locations, approvals are on hand. By end of 2016, it is expected that the number is likely to cross 15 minimum. These licences are being acquired in the name of Group and Associate companies. This business is planned under M/s Benita Granites Ltd which commenced its commercial operations in 2015 its Managing Director being Mrs. U. Ramadevi, w/o Mr. Kondalrao and the other two directors are sons of Mr. Kondalrao’s own brothers.
