Edit to UEFA Euro 2020 final

edit

Hi, I reverted your edit to UEFA Euro 2020 final and thought I should explain why. In order to provide the most useful links possible, and not saturate the article with too many links, we should avoid too much repetitive linking of the same terms. Please read WP:OVERLINK and do let me know if you have any further questions on this. --Jameboy (talk) 19:40, 15 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to reply to me. Thank you for the warm welcome as well; this community is so cool.
Thank you for informing me about my edit to the UEFA Euro 2020 final. I appreciate your correction.
Wikipedia is so cool. I don't understand why teachers say it's misinformation because whenever there's online communities of people like you, it's bound to be quite reliable. Have a great day :) Suo Edits (talk) 00:23, 16 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
Ok so now I know that links should generally only be repeated once. Suo Edits (talk) 00:28, 16 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

Question on my talk page

edit

Hi, you had left a question for me on my talk page a few days ago. I was not able to respond to it, as I have not been able to spend time on Wikipedia. To answer the question, please not that you cannot cite a Wikipedia article as a source. This is becuase user-generated content is not always reliable. You can read WP:CIRCULAR, WP:CITE, and WP:V for more information. Sorry for the late response. Thanks, Kpddg (talk) 05:40, 21 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for your response. God bless. Suo Edits (talk) 15:01, 21 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

I've just seen you left a comment on my talk page page last month regarding this revert. You introduced some grammar errors along with a bit of MOS:Overlink. Just some minor things, no big drama show. Apologies for the late reply. – 2.O.Boxing 13:34, 13 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom 2024 Elections voter message

edit

Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2024 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:49, 19 November 2024 (UTC)Reply
