Speedy deletion of Guy Thomas

A tag has been placed on Guy Thomas requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Suggestion for Guy Thomas article

You may have better luck starting this article in your own userspace so you have time to get it ready. User:Super lenton/Guy Thomas would be a good place to start. I'd also suggest skipping the commentary about hopeless administrators and just make the first edit a constructive one. If you've lost research, the deleting admin was Stifle, who is generally willing to provide copies of deleted articles when asked. --Onorem♠Dil 13:17, 3 February 2009 (UTC)

Please can you leave me a copy of the text for the deleted page "Guy Thomas" this was very much under construction, specifically with links and associateions to the British underground music scene.

Just on the matter of your message and edit summary at the deleted page, you did leave the page abandoned for five days before it was deleted. I don't think it's fair to refer to me as a "hopeless administrator". Stifle (talk) 14:19, 3 February 2009 (UTC)
