- If adding some information to my own community appears as vandalism. Then sorry I have no interest in that page Whatsoever. The inappropriaty is like bias... This page what appears to me as a result of confirmation bias. Sorry but if necessary I will create my own page or channel for more appropriate information. And I am a citizen of Tripura. I CAN SHOW YOU DOCUMENTS RELATED MY CITIZENSHIP AND SORRY FOR THE INCONVINIENCE. MY NAME IS SUSAM BARAN DEBBARMA AND MY EMAIL IS <redacted> Susamd29 (talk) 16:58, 13 June 2020 (UTC)
- Hello, user Susamd29 (SUSAM BARAN DEBBARMA). I think ProcrasinatingReader was incorrect to describe your edit as vandalism. "Vandalism" here means changes intended to harm the enmcyclopedia or attack others, and it seems to me that your edit was neither. However, Wikipedia article are buil on facts supported by sources. You may know that something is true, but readers have no way to verify your personal knowledge. Therefore we insit on cited sources see Referencing for beginners to learn how to cite sources. That will help avoid reverts. Therefore your citizenship is not relevant, only the sources that you can cite.
- Also, when an edit of yours is reverted, you may always follow the Bold, Revert, Discuss cycle and start a discussion on the article talk page, where editors can often reach consensus on the proper way forward. DES (talk)DESiegel Contribs 17:09, 13 June 2020 (UTC)
