There are many ways you can contribute to Wikipedia. Here are a few ideas:
    Fight vandalism
Be a WikiFairy or a WikiGnome
    Help contribute to articles

    Perform maintenance tasks
Become a member of a project that interests you
    Help design new templates

Remember to always sign your posts on talk pages. You can do this either by clicking on the   button on the edit toolbar or by typing four tildes (~~~~) at the end of your post. This will automatically insert your signature, a link to this (your talk) page, and a timestamp.

The best way to learn about something is to experience it. Explore, learn, contribute, and don't forget to have some fun!
To get some practice editing you can use a sandbox. You can create your own private sandbox for use any time. Perfect for working on bigger projects. Then for easy access in the future, you can put {{My sandbox}} on your userpage.

Hi Suvarna, Few things I would like to tell you.

  1. User page is not a place to write your article.
  2. Edit your userpage by adding brief information about yourself. It is more like your social profile.
  3. Start a sandbox if you want to test on your article writing skills.
  4. If you want help regarding creating user page then you may refer to this tutorial

Start your article as a stub. More info about stub is here
If you have any other questions post it to my talk page or drop me a mail at mogalwasim@gmail.com.
Feel free to ask any questions/doubts. Happy Editing !!!

Compatability Testing Copyvio

edit

Hey Suvarna, I found that your recent edit on the article was a copyvio from this site. This is your first warning. Please don't indulge in copyright violations. If you continue with this, it may happen that your account will be blocked and eventually you will loose all your marks. If you have any queries, ask us. Before making edits on the main article, make them in the sandbox and get it verified from us. Happy Editing! Pratik Lahoti (talk) 08:46, 3 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

  • Don't use 'n' for and! This is not SMS! :P
  • Don't rephrase the already existing content. Try to add some of your own.

About your article

edit

Hey, Pratik is right, please do remember his points. Use line break syntax i.e < br > for those lines which you want to end immediately after the full stop.
