Turkish charts

edit

The front splash is an ad, but when you continue to the site, it does seem dead. How long has this been going on?—Kww(talk) 13:11, 9 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

WT:Record charts#Billboard Turkey dead?.—Kww(talk) 13:31, 9 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Croatian charts

edit

The problem is that Otvoreni is a single network chart, so it can't be used on English Wikipedia (just like iTunes, Amazon, Los 40, Radio Disney, etc). There's a bigger discussion on Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Croatia#Record charts. It looks like the chart at http://www.soundguardian.com/airplay-radio-chart/ is the only one that isn't a single network chart, but I'm having a hard time figuring out if soundguardian.com is notable.—Kww(talk) 13:47, 9 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Any opinion on soundguardian?—Kww(talk) 13:56, 9 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Israel charts

edit

I'm not sure. That one is on my list of charts to research someday. For now, don't delete it, but I wouldn't be surprised if it winds up on WP:BADCHARTS someday.—Kww(talk) 13:21, 12 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Bad chart. All the charts listed there are based on voting.—Kww(talk) 19:48, 12 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Nominating an article for deletion is pretty easy, you just need to have good reasoning to do so. See that link for an explanation, or there's also Speedy Deletion and Proposed deletion, the latter two being for more obvious uncontroversial deletions. kiac. Adoption

edit

Greetings SveroH, I see you're up for adoption, and I'm in the market. If ever you need advice or answers, just ask me -- any question, any time. I'd like to help however I can. Happy editing - Draeco (talk) 00:08, 28 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

For Template:Cite web, just copy one of the examples given on the template page, paste it in the article where appropriate, and replace all the example information with real information from your citation. As for your second question, I don't know where the text you mention is found...generally, use the edit summary box to say what you did. - Draeco (talk) 22:12, 13 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
or go to Special:Preferences, Gadgets, and enable the refTools, which adds a button for an input form to your edit toolbar. Amalthea 22:55, 13 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
Now I see. [1] is a tool, an automated program that helps perform specified tasks on Wikipedia. This one in particular fills in extra information to references that originally were just URL addresses. - Draeco (talk) 17:11, 14 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Images are deleted through WP:IFD, but why do you want to delete the image? - Draeco (talk) 23:35, 12 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Re: Teenage Dream

edit

Well I've scanned the EMI source and from what I can tell EMI are officially releasing the album with the cover with text. Also on iTunes the Katy Perry Page in the US used the candy image as the background with the writing. Although Perry said she didn't want no text it certainly wasn't specific confirmation. Perhaps in light of their being two very credible sources suggesting alternatives perhaps we should remove the cover all together until the album is actually released? --Lil-unique1 (talk) 22:13, 4 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
