Fireshrike is a "Robin Hood" of sorts. He has been known to wear complete black but not much is known about him. According to one of my sources, all you have to do is ask him and so long as it is legal he can make it happen for you. He simply relocates things he has salvaged. He does not steal. He prefers to do a service rather than make a contribution.
