Dumptruck

With respect to your note at WP:REFUND,[1] there seems to have been a misunderstanding, namely that "one can't write any article if the page has been deleted and the high panjandrums refuse to restore it." After the deletion of an article, any regular editor can still create another one in place as long a the title isn't protected. And while there are certainly more sensible people around here than me, I can see no trace of anybody 'reopening' this one as it wasn't closed. Unless i miss something, you simply made a draft then put it at Dumptruck (Band) from where somebody moved it to Dumptruck (band) but that is normal editorial practice. This is what I invited you to do, so thanks for giving it a good try which I wouldn't have been sure about restoring the stub, Best, --Tikiwont (talk) 20:53, 17 February 2012 (UTC)
