- I left it in the body where there is space to elaborate on the various aspects with multiple cites. But "unknown" is the verifiable whole idea even if there are claims for estimates. Feel free to take it to the article talkpage. I don't have access to that cited ref, so I do not know what it actually says (how certain it is of the estimate). But given where the cite is in the article, I cannot even be sure it supports that statement. So maybe you're right, and it should be removed there as well. DMacks (talk) 18:22, 19 May 2024 (UTC)
