Hi! I'll explain why I removed the information in this edit

• 1. Wikipedia is intended to be an encyclopedia, not a manual or a guide. Please see Wikipedia:NOT#Wikipedia_is_not_a_manual.2C_guidebook.2C_textbook.2C_or_scientific_journal
• 2. You can describe "Commit for Life" in an encyclopedic manner, i.e. "In XXX, the center launched "Commit for Life," which is a program that YYY"
