INTRODUCTION The concept of career cannot be discussed without courses in the University. Some discover their career and study it as a course in school while others study a course and realized it's their career. Many study a particular course and chose different career, people study Medicine, Education, Law, Accounting etc and become Lecturer, Musician, Public speakers, Entrepreneur and so on. Whatever the case maybe, the emphasis is; ones good performance in school is a pathway to success in the wider world. poor performance hinders success as the individual begin to see impossibilities in everything that gives life a meaning. What then is career? Career simply means a successful working life that qualifies one to be fulfilled in life. Any job that one does with ease and willingness and become fulfilled in life.
