Notification of pending suspension of administrative permissions due to inactivity
editFollowing a community discussion in June 2011, consensus was reached to provisionally suspend the administrative permissions of users who have been inactive for one year (i.e. administrators who have not made any edits or logged actions in over one year). As a result of this discussion, your administrative permissions will be removed pending your return if you do not return to activity within the next month. If you wish to have these permissions reinstated should this occur, please post to the Wikipedia:Bureaucrats' noticeboard and the userright will be restored per the re-sysopping process (i.e., as long as the attending bureaucrats are reasonably satisfied that your account has not been compromised and that your inactivity did not have the effect of evading scrutiny of any actions which might have led to sanctions). This removal of access is procedural only, and not intended to reflect negatively upon you in any way. We wish you the best in future endeavors, and thank you for your past administrative efforts.

Notification of imminent suspension of administrative permissions due to inactivity

As a result of this discussion, your administrative permissions will be removed pending your return if you do not return to activity within the next several days. If you wish to have these permissions reinstated should this occur, please post to the Wikipedia:Bureaucrats' noticeboard and the userright will be restored per the re-sysopping process (i.e. as long as the attending bureaucrats are reasonably satisfied that your account has not been compromised and that your inactivity did not have the effect of evading scrutiny of any actions which might have led to sanctions). editRe: "Unprotected Template:CompactTOC8: Unprotection, Consensus at ANI appears to be that original protection level should be restored." – Thanks, and good work. The level of hysterical paranoia at WP:HRT is getting to be a bit much. About 1000 other templates should be unprotected, so non-admin template coders like me can continue being productive without having to wait 2.5 weeks average for editprotected requests to be addressed. — SMcCandlish Talk⇒〈°⌊°〉 Contribs. 13:05, 21 February 2012 (UTC)
User talk:75.57.241.57
editThere are a number of orphan pages in the User talk:75.57.241.57 (See Special:PrefixIndex/User talk:75.57.241.57) As you seem to have been involved in editing them to help in the completion of a specific project, I suggest that it would be appropriate to move them into your user space. -- PBS (talk) 15:39, 10 July 2012 (UTC)
Notice of change
editHello. You are receiving this message because of a recent change to the administrator policy that alters what you were told at the time of your desysopping. The effect of the change is that if you are inactive for a continuous three year period, you will be unable to request return of the administrative user right. This includes inactive time prior to your desysopping if you were desysopped for inactivity and inactive time prior to the change in policy. Inactivity is defined as the absence of edits or logged actions. Until such time as you have been inactive for three years, you may request return of the tools at the bureaucrats' noticeboard. After you have been inactive for three years, you may seek return of the tools only through WP:RFA. Thank you. MBisanz talk 00:20, 4 December 2012 (UTC)

You are invited to the first ever Glasgow Wiki Meetup which will take place at The Sir John Moore, 260-292 Argyle Street, City of Glasgow G2 8QW on Sunday 12 May 2013 from 1.00 pm. If you have never been to one, this is an opportunity to meet other Wikipedians in an informal atmosphere for Wiki and non-Wiki related chat and for beer or food if you like. Experienced and new contributors are all welcome. This event is definitely not restricted just to discussion of Scottish topics. Bring your laptop if you like and use the free Wifi or just bring yourself. Even better, bring a friend! Click the link for full details. Looking forward to seeing you. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Deleted Wikipedia page?
editDear TFWOR, I am a new Wikipedia-user. I wanted to create a Wikipedia-page for my favorite Finnish TV show Pyjama Party. Now Wikipedia tells me it is deleted by you. Is that right? Can you help me to fix the page so it is not deleted in the near future again?
