Hazard

edit

Hey, all edits have to be sourced, which your one are not. Second, he was not part of the 2020 Supercopa as he was not in the squad. Per this discussion. Kante4 (talk) 14:12, 16 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Ah ok sorry about that TJarrrett (talk) 14:36, 16 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

You also have to make sure it is notable enough to be included and having the 2nd most noms for anything is simple not. Will tweak it later on. Kante4 (talk) 15:24, 16 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Personally I think the 2nd most PotY nominations in PL history is a very impressive achievement TJarrrett (talk) 15:30, 16 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

This is trivia information and not worthy of an inclusion. Does the player with the most have them? What about others with different awards? A nomination is not notable enough to be included, winning it surely is. We can't include everything, it is not a blog. Kante4 (talk) 15:39, 16 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Only the Top 5 Players in the league that season, are decided by the PFA, are nominated for the award.

Sorry for adding it tho, can only wins be added, just so I know for next time? TJarrrett (talk) 15:44, 16 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

No need to apologize, will get to the article later on today. It depends on the player i think. A player like Ronaldo and Hazard have enough honours already, "smaller" ones is a different thing. Same for runner-ups in a supercup game, no need as only two particiapted as it feels like a participation honour if included. This is the guideline. Kante4 (talk) 15:48, 16 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Ok thanks for the link to that page.

Also, would most MotM awards in PL history be suitable to add?

And is there a record section for Hazard or not? TJarrrett (talk) 15:53, 16 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

We discussed here that Motm awards are not worthy being included. If it can be included in the prose at the time it happened at Chelsea, neutral on that one, tbh. The record section is mostly not included as you can at other articles like Ronaldo, Kane, Lewandowski or Messi. Kante4 (talk) 16:01, 16 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Fair enough. Find it strange tho that Messi, Ronaldo, Hazard etc, who have all broken numerous records, don’t have their own page, whilst someone like Salah have random records included like “most goals scored by an Egyptian in Serie A” TJarrrett (talk) 16:11, 16 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Have to agree on that. ;) :D Kante4 (talk) 16:19, 16 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

How would it be possible to add a separate section for Records? Or is that only able to be done by admins? TJarrrett (talk) 16:41, 16 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Anyone can do it but those record need to be notable and got some traction with sources. Kante4 (talk) 17:12, 16 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Why was fifa club World Cup runner up removed from Hazards honours page? It’s been there for a while, and it is a proper competition TJarrrett (talk) 23:11, 16 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Mattythewhite. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Eden Hazard, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Per WP:CIRC. Mattythewhite (talk) 00:43, 17 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Which parts were not properly cited? TJarrrett (talk) 08:32, 17 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Some of the links I added were straight from Wikipedia TJarrrett (talk) 08:33, 17 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
