I'm sure that the subject would one day meet our notability requirements, or might have already meet it. But the sources in the article is really not very convincing, sorry. Source 1 is not independent, source 2 might count as one but is borderline in terms of significant coverage, source 3's link is broken, source 4 is not independent, source 5 is a passing mention, source 6 is not independent, source 7 is borderline in terms of significant coverage, source 8 looks good to me. One to two more reliable sources that provide significant coverage and is independent of the subject would make this an easy pass. Feel free to message me on my talk page if you need clarification.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process.
