==License tagging for File:Pin configuration of 8257.png

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Pin configuration of 8257.png. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 05:05, 31 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Doubt

edit

You should first look up the copyright status of the image before uploading them directly from google. Please let me know the link of the image so that I could see its copyright status. If there are no issues, I could help you upload the image. If the image is copyright protected, you could try capturing an image yourself and uploading it to Commons. Also see that you [sign your message] on talk pages with four tilde signs. Happy editing! Netha Hussain (talk) 06:06, 31 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

The image, I am afraid, is copyright protected. Please do not upload this image to Commons. You could instead create a drawing of your own, and upload it to Commons. It is also probable that some other user has uploaded similar images to Commons, in which case you could use them on your article. Try using the Upload wizard if you are finding it difficult with the manual uploading process. Regards, Netha Hussain (talk) 11:56, 31 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
