editHello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that you recently added commentary to an article, History of the Jews in Morocco. While Wikipedia welcomes editors' opinions on an article and how it could be changed, these comments are more appropriate for the article's accompanying talk page. If you post your comments there, other editors working on the same article will notice and respond to them, and your comments will not disrupt the flow of the article. However, keep in mind that even on the talk page of an article, you should limit your discussion to improving the article. Article talk pages are not the place to discuss opinions of the subject of articles, nor are such pages a forum. Thank you. Jayjg (talk) 17:11, 7 February 2012 (UTC)

Clarification
editHello, thank you Jayjg for your comment. My contribution falls under Literary Criticism, a quite established discipline with its tools and procedures, thus I think it's far from been a comment.
On another level, I am new to Wikipedia, but I am a bit surprised to find that my contribution ('Criticism') was rolled out. Is that a privilege given randomly to contributors or only to Wikipedia. Please advise!
- I removed it because it seemed to be criticism of the article itself - material about the article instead of about the subject. Criticism like that is better brought to the talk page. It's discussed, then when a consensus forms changes are made to the article. Tom Harrison Talk 18:47, 7 February 2012 (UTC)
- Your criticism remains in the article history, but for convenience I've moved it to Talk:History of the Jews in Morocco. Tom Harrison Talk 18:53, 7 February 2012 (UTC)
