Your recent edits on the Bible

edit

I've reverted most of them as unsourced, please read WP:VERIFY and WP:NOR. This also applies to your map. Most new editors probably do not understand our policies on sources and avoiding our own research. Dougweller (talk) 15:49, 24 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

Replying to your post on my talk page here also. We don't know where Calneh, Shinar or Akkad were. You mentioned Ashur in your edit, but that's a person. There's an ancient city called Assur but that's not mentioned in the Bible so far as I know. Likewise we don't know where Resen was (or, like some of the others, if it ever existed). So we can't show them on a map. Your map File:Billygambelafroasiatic (Hamitic&Semitic).jpg both assumes we know the location but also the extent of various areas, which we don't. We can't use the Bible as a primary sourse in this way in any case. You need to find sources that meet our criteria at WP:RS - well accepted biblical scholars/historians, etc. Copying this to your talk page as well. Dougweller (talk) 21:01, 25 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

Hello, I was informed that my account was blocked because it was or may be used unjustly, my edits have been constructive and backed up with reliable sources so I'm not exactly sure why I was blocked. For every edit I've made, I've always went to the talk pages to list my sources, (which have always been current and up to date) and always try to engage in conversation with any other editors who are willing to contribute to the edit. I would like nothing more than to be able to get back to editing Wikipedia with the help and cooperation of my peers. Thank you.

Decline reason:

You were blocked for Checkuser-verified abuse of multiple accounts and block evasion. You will need to request an unblock from your main account and address the reasons for your original block in order for any unblock to be considered. Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 22:32, 26 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
