This is a good start. The sentences are a little awkwardly worded, though (especially the third one in the chemical structure section. If you're trying to think of sections that could improve the article, the page could use some information on current and traditional uses of ginsenoside, if you have sources that meet wikipedia's standards.

One thing I'd suggest is to put all big changes you've made in your sandbox. You can still directly edit the ginsenoside page, but it'd be useful to have a clear list of what you are adding to wikipedia.
